We have 7,000 customers from all industry sectors throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. This includes more than 75 haulage companies, many of whom have renewed with us year after year, with varying numbers of mobile handsets from one through to more than 80.
Coupled with our management team’s experience of over ten years in the cellular business, our years of involvement within the haulage sector have given us a keen awareness of a typical haulage company’s needs in terms of service levels and type of products.

As an independent company, we can offer all five networks. We are direct dealers with O2, T-Mobile and
3 and have Gold Business Partner status with Yes Telecom, a Vodafone
supplier. We also offer Orange packages
through a reputable distributor with a proven track record within the
industry. What’s more, we are a
Microsoft certified mobility solutions provider.
And we are not tied to any one supplier, so we can source the most competitive rates and products and pass these savings on to our customers. We can even offer bespoke packages.
Unlike some other dealers, Northern Telecommunications
offers multiple products so we can often offset one product against another to
give customers a lower quote.
You can keep your existing mobile number, and to help you make the right choice, we can even check network coverage for you before connection.
Fixed line advantages
As we are an independent provider of fixed line solutions,
we can source the most competitive rates and pass the savings on to you, as
well as offering discounted line rental.
We’ll also help you to keep your existing number and
provide full colour monthly management reports detailing all calls made.

We’ve already mentioned the average mobile savings of around 30% and fixed line savings averaging 50%. Each month we offer various promotions such as discounts on line rental or additional minutes.
Special RHA member line rental discounts of up to 15% are available with some mobile phone tariffs. And we offer a tariff analysis at set intervals or on request, to ensure that you’re getting the best rates.
Looking after our customers
In today’s business market the need for strong customer
relations is vital. That’s why each
customer is allocated two dedicated Account Managers with direct contact
numbers. And our dedicated customer
service team has six inbound lines, with a special freephone number for RHA
members.
We do our utmost to look after our customers, and will contact you every three months to ensure your account is running smoothly and you are happy with our service.
The information you need
We offer account management, including online billing,
disc billing, tagged call reporting and call barring, to help you manage your
company telecommunications.
